Dr. Elizondo has earned high praise for his services as interim superintendent. His knowledge of the position is based on many years of administrative service, including 14 years as a California superintendent of schools.
His administrative services include the facilitation of executive searches. He maintains a current network of highly qualified administrators who can fill both site and central office administrative positions.
He has acted successfully as workshop facilitator for developing team-building strategies to address budgetary and curricular issues challenges, as well as facilitating leadership development in district wide strategic planning, goal setting strategies and implementation.
